The effects of El Nino or La Ninia (lol) on our trails have been significant. Unfortunately, the absence of snow since late December has led to the cancellation of the Poker Run. We had anticipated that Mother Nature would bring snow in February, but instead we have rain and sun. If snowfall materializes later this month, we will re-evaluate the situation! The countdown is on and we can't wait to ride with you! Fresh snow (fingers crossed), great trails, and a fun day for the whole family! The route will be along the Rabbitt Mtn loop with stops at Rabbitt Mountain Lodge and Cruisers warming trailer ending with a BBQ and prizes back at the Tulameen Fire Hall and rink. Dependent on the weather - New this year is ending at the Tulameen Fire Hall with a warm meal - hot dogs/hamburgers, prizes and fire. Pack snacks for your ride and stops along the way. Bring ice skates for the rink, if you wish. This is a family orientated event with prizes for the kiddos as well. Cruisers enjoyed a fabulous night dancing with DJ Burnout. Thank you to Kolby and Shambree with their fabulous team of volunteers for making this a night to remember.
